Alicona Infinite Focus G5 Plus

InfiniteFocus is a highly accurate, fast and flexible optical 3D measurement system. With only one sensor, users verify dimensional accuracy and measure surface roughness of their components. Based on the technology of Focus Variation the range of measurable surfaces is almost unlimited. By means of Vertical Focus Probing, which is an extension of Focus-Variation vertical surfaces are probed laterally as well. Components are traceably measured in high accuracy, with a high vertical resolution and in high repeatability.

The measurement solution Pick & Place was presented at Advanced Engineering Show 2019 in the UK. Therefore the optical measurement system InfiniteFocus is extended with a collaborative robot to automatically pick, place, measure and sort (OK/ not OK) components in production. Located in our Nano-Scale Inspection Lab

Inspection Room

All of the products produced at Miltera flow through our state of the art inspection laboratory.  Located in the core of the building and isolated with airlocks, our laboratory is an ISO Class 5 clean room held to a nominal temperature of 20.00°C +/- 0.25°C and 50.0% +/- 5.0% relative humidity.  Particulate is controlled using 2 zones of HEPA filters.  Parts enter the inspection lab through our aclimitization chamber which allows for components to reach inspection temperature before entering the room.  This laboratory is home to our Zeiss Micura CMMZeiss Centermax CMM, and Alicona µCMM.
